Black Russian

Black Russian

Interesting fact I learned while researching this cocktail, its origin comes from Belgium in 1949 despite its name.

First they give France credit for the French Fry, then Russia credit for the Black Russian. Those Belgians must be polite people.

@bedlamvodka is the perfect vodka for this cocktail. Its slightly sweeter and less burnier rice vodka makes this drink a real treat. I for one am excited for cooler weather to channel my inner The Dude with a dozen White Russians.

The Elements:

  • 2oz Vodka (Bedlam Vodka)

  • 1oz Coffee Liqueur

The How To:

  1. Pour ingredients into a stirring glass with ice.

  2. Stir until chilled.

  3. Add large ice cube to rocks glass.

  4. Strain drink over ice cube.
